What we do

We staff the crews that clean up after storms and fires. Disaster recovery jobs, also called disaster relief work, cover everyone from the monitor writing load tickets on the right of way to the operator running the grapple truck to the arborist taking down a hanger over a driveway. We recruit those people, keep them in a roster by role and by state, and call them when a contractor needs bodies on site.

Two things about this industry are worth knowing before you go any further. Hiring is event driven, so there is nothing for weeks and then everything at once. And relief work is disaster recovery work, so if you have been searching one term and not the other, you have been seeing half the market.
